100% Access Community Pharmacy Program The 100% Access Community Pharmacy Program is designed to assist low-income and uninsured individuals without a prescription benefit get commected to available free and low-cost medications. In particular, the program will assist patients who are not already connected to ther clinics in the community, and who are not covered by commercial or government programs like Medicare Part D.The 100% Access Medications Committee has developed tools for providers and social service agencies to assist any client who needs medications.
