Living Well With Chronic Illnesses Living Well is a six-week curriculum developed by Stanford University to help individuals learn tools and techniques to better manage their chronic illnesses. Also available for participants, childcare allowance, LTD bus tokens to get to classes, and a $20 gift card at the last class for participants who complete 5 out of 6 sessions. More Details |
