Free classes to help individuals with chronic illnesses
Living Well With Chronic Illnesses
Living Well is a six-week curriculum developed by Stanford University to help individuals learn tools and techniques to better manage their chronic illnesses.

Call 687-6200 for information en Espanol.

Also available for participants, childcare allowance, LTD bus tokens to get to classes, and a $20 gift card at the last class for participants who complete 5 out of 6 sessions.

Classes are offered in various community settings in Cottage Grove, Eugene, Junction City and Springfield.
