Counseling
Two psychiatric nurse practitioners
Supported housing, case management & medication management
Help clients complete med scholarship forms, provide many samples of meds
Payee for SSI/SSDI for 50+/- clients/educational outreach to local churches & Womens Info Svs program; informal on-call relationship w/CGPD

Appointments required.
Same day appointments typically ongoing clients only.

Eligibility:
S. Lane Co. residents less on sliding scale; accept Doug. Co. & Eugene/Spfd

Cost:
$10-$90 for intake & $0 - $90 for ongoing services

OHP accepted
Medicaid
Third party payers for psych NP's & sometimes for LCSW's
