Services: In partnership with the Community Health Centers of Lane County, Churchhill is now a CHC site which allows entire families to receive healthcare at Churchill. Mental health counseling available. Can be approved for free dental care, eye glasses and clothing. No urgent care.
Appointments preferred. Usually can accomodate same day appointments. Walk-ins are OK.
Cost: Can bill insurance; sliding scale down to $0. Residency and insurance status will be checked at each visit.
