Bus Route: 28

Services: primary care, ages 0-19; students of 4J and Bethal and their siblings. Mental health counseling available. Can be approved for free dental care, eye glasses and clothing. No urgent care.

Appointments preferred. Usually can accomodate same day appointments. Walk-ins are OK.

Cost: Can bill insurance; sliding scale down to $0. Residency and insurance status will be checked at each visit.
