100% Access Community Pharmacy Program

Lane County Community Pharmacy Program

You may be eligible to receive your medication through one of several programs that provide free or reduced-cost prescriptions.

Call toll-free 1-866-329-0514 to make an appointment or to ask for more information.

If you need help paying for necessary medications, and you:

-Have no prescription coverage or have exceeded your policy limits, and

-Are not enrolled in a government program that provides for prescription medication such as Medicaid or Medicare Part D, and

-Are single earning less than $1,500 per month or married earning less than $2,500

If I had to start my collaborative all over again, I would start it in the way that Lane County did. Having the right people at the table and a respected community convener like United Way are the ingredients for long-term success.
