Services: Primary and urgent care; adults and children. Mental health and diabetes management services available. Spanish translation available. Prescription assistance available.
Cost: Sliding scale; $25 minimum, some grants available. Oregon Health Plan open card accepted (not LIPA) & Medicare accepted. No private insurance accepted.
